Car Sharing: Please try to car share where possible as parking is limited. As well as reducing the carbon footprint of the event, it will make parking easier for everyone.

Event parking: This is a small field adjacent to Croft Farm. This will cost £5 per car (cash only). If the parking field is too wet, participants will need to use the public parking areas. If this is the case please allow extra time to get to registration and the start. As parking is very limited in and around the village it would be hugely appreciated if participants could car share.

Facilities: There will be two water stations on the course. There will be toilets at the registration area. Croft House Farm Cafe will be opening early for any pre-race fuelling and of course, you can enjoy their delicious food after the event.

Course: A low level undulating route with a great combination of off-road running terrain throughout ranging from lakeshore trails, hard-packed rocky trails, grassy tracks and woodland singletrack. The initial part of the course is considered more technical as the terrain along the western shoreline of Crummock Water is generally wet and rough underfoot. The second part comprises more hard packed trails. Don't forget to enjoy the views!

Prizes: Prizes will be awarded to the first three finishers in the male and female open categories, and for first place in each of the age group categories.
