Mobile and / or landline telephone number

Emergency contact person and telephone number

We do not share any personal information with third parties other than to enable your safe participation in our events

We process entries into our online entry system EventsUpNorth / RaceBest

We share participant information with our crew and, if necessary, our Medical Team. Information is shared on a ‘need to know’ basis only.

We have a number of external links on our website. Following these links may result in information being collected by third party. We are not in control of this collection and it is outside of the scope of this policy.

Keeping your information secure

Our website is held on a server which uses SSL technology.

Competitor details are stored on secure cloud-based servers.

We are registered with and the Information Commissioner's Office and work to the standards set out by them.

We want you to be comfortable about the data we hold about you.

You can modify your Fellside Events profile at any time by contacting us via our website.

You can arrange for your Fellside Events profile to be deleted by contacting us using one of the methods shown below. Your profile will be deleted within 7 working days
